Insomnia

...is the worst.

Lately it has been an - every other night - type cycle.

Stay up - get 2-4 hours of sleep

Walk through the next day like a zombie

Get home from school

Go to bed at 8pm

Have a great day after a good night sleep

Repeat

I'm sad about a lot of things right now - I am afraid to answer my phone, check twitter or read an unread email because of the news that may be on the other end.

It's been a heavy year
